AGREEMENT TO TERMS
This Acceptable Use Policy (‘Policy’) sets out the rules governing the use of our services, website infrastructure, and portals located at http://www.noncesystems.com (the ‘Site’) and any associated services (collectively, the ‘Services’) provided by Nonce Systems LLP (‘Company’, ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’).

You agree to use our platform and Services only for lawful, legitimate, and professional informational purposes. You are strictly prohibited from hosting, displaying, uploading, modifying, publishing, transmitting, or sharing any information that:
- Infringes upon any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any third party.
- Contains software viruses, malware, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer resource.
- Is harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever.
- Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order.
2. CYBERSECURITY AND SYSTEM INTEGRITY
As a specialized cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance consultancy, we enforce absolute zero tolerance regarding unauthorized technical interactions with our systems. Unless you possess an active, executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) that explicitly grants permission for authorized testing, you are strictly prohibited from engaging in:
- Executing any form of network monitoring, port scanning, or vulnerability testing that intercepts data or harvests system vulnerabilities without prior written authorization.
- Attempting any Denial of Service (DoS) or Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks against the company’s servers or network infrastructure.
- Using any automated spider, bot, scraper, or intelligent agent to harvest content, email addresses, or proprietary framework descriptions from the website.
- Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise tampering with security-related validation features or perimeter access controls implemented on the platform.
3. FORM AND COMMUNICATION CHANNELS
Our contact infrastructure, inquiry systems, and corporate email accounts are strictly reserved for business engagement, partnerships, and prospective client coordination. Users shall not:
- Use website contact forms or published business communication handles to transmit unsolicited bulk marketing text, commercial advertisements, or spam payloads.
- Falsely misrepresent identity, affiliate associations, or credentials, or impersonate any person or corporate entity, including our specific technical and service partners.
4. ENFORCEMENT AND REMEDIATION
Nonce Systems LLP reserves the absolute right to investigate and determine whether a breach of this Policy has occurred. Upon discovering a violation, we may execute remedial actions including, but not limited to:
- Immediate, temporary, or permanent suspension or termination of your authorization to access our platform or interactive portals.
- Deploying technical firewalls and block rules targeting specific network IP space or domain infrastructures associated with malicious traffic.
- Escalating incidents and initiating formal complaints under Sections 43, 43A, 66, and other applicable provisions of the Indian Information Technology (IT) Act, 2000, and coordinating with the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) for cyber incident reporting.
